Print quality –  Colour quality will be matched to ‘as close to’ and not Pantone due to the nature and variations of the printing industry in this sector. A display sample piece for quality purposes will be presented to the customer upon initial contact, this will not occur if the customer has not been met by the service provider face to face in this case an alternative solution is available. The option of having a custom plate printed with their desired image is available at cost and can be requested. Additional costs to apply for any adjustments or alterations to order if notified within 3 working days of receiving the sample. Works will proceed if no contact has been made within 3 working days. After this point if customer has not taken the option to see a sample then they are of acceptance of the quality that is provided to them Excluding clear printing error.   How long the process will take – The delivery date will be stated upon order page, these dates are only an estimate and are subject to change during busy periods. Due to the nature of the job delay can be up to 28 working days, if longer customer will be notified and may result in compensation. Except for third party or customer delay in acceptance of goods.   Compensation – Compensation will be applicable to customer on these instances, if service provider;

Compensation will be according to Bespoke Tableware pre written compensation policy.   Payment – A full Payment is required at time of the time of order being placed for your order to be processed.   Cancellation/Returns The consumer has the right to cancel their order for up to 14 days after receiving goods if not customised/personalised as per rights of consumer within the distance selling regulations. Goods must be unused, sealed and in factory condition. Cost of shipping/postage to be paid by consumer for returns. We recommend tracked postage to ensure the returned goods are received. We take no responsibility for loss /damage to goods when returned. In the instance of goods being customised/personalised the buyer will have no right to cancel their order due to the nature of this service.   Delivery – Delivery will include a standard cost for transportation/packaging of goods. Delivery will be made by third party courier company, we do not accept liability for loss/damage to goods due to third party carrier policies.
